Terms and Conditions 2017

Hello! I would like to thank you for choosing me for your daily intake of art but, by using the art I make you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.

 

1. It's My Art

You may not pass off any of the art as your original art,  We would like to note that you can not edit or change the products in any way, shape or form.

 

2. Termination Fee

In an unfortunate case of a project termination, you will be required to pay a termination fee. The Fee will include time and amount of work done on the project and ¼ of the original price decided upon at the beginning of the project. The Termination Fee will not reach over 70% of the original cost of the graphic.

 

3. Commercial Use

You may use the art I made may be used for commercial use but must put proper credits (as seen in “It's Our Art”). Any profit you make after you pay the agreed on the amount is yours to keep.
